The path to J. Hartman’s Restaurant began in 2010, when local restauranteurs Jon and Jennifer Hartman became new owners of Holly’s Deli Restaurant in Marion, continuing the traditions of a delivering a passion for food that shows on every plate.

The Hartman’s have developed a reputation for delivering high quality, healthier casual dining and catering services, and their tremendous success over the last decade has led to an expansion in to new premises, with the new name.
